If your wedding requires me to travel outside my usual working area, a few extra costs may apply. I always aim to keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Travel
Travel costs may include things like flights, trains, mileage, taxis/rideshares, car rental, parking, fuel, or tolls. Any travel plans and estimated costs will be discussed with you in advance so there are no surprises.
Accommodation
For weddings that require an overnight stay, accommodation will need to be arranged or covered by you. This should be a private, comfortable place (not shared with guests) and reasonably close to the wedding location. I’m happy to book this myself and include it in your invoice if that’s easier.
- Booking your date is 50% deposit for date reservation, and a total of 75% at least two weeks before your wedding date and 25% balance before we make delivery.
- The pre-wedding photo session is a studio shoot by default. Outdoor/location photo session charges will be paid by the couple when it applies.
- A bespoke package can be created depending on individual client needs and deliverables.
- Your images are professionally edited, carefully treated with some of the latest advancements and editing softwares and not just slapped with presets.
- Your wedding gallery will be hosted in a private online gallery for a period of time (depending on package selected)
- Every wedding unfolds in its own way. Depending on the pace and moments of your day, you can expect around 500–1,000 thoughtfully curated images that tell the full story.
