If your wedding requires travel outside my usual working area, a few extra costs may apply. I always aim to keep things simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Travel
Travel may include trains, mileage, parking, taxis/rideshares, flights (for destination weddings), and any location access fees. Any plans and estimated costs are agreed in advance.
Accommodation
For weddings that require an overnight stay, accommodation will need to be arranged or covered by you. This should be a private, comfortable space (not shared with guests) and reasonably close to the venue. I’m happy to book and add it to your invoice if that’s easier.
- A non-refundable booking retainer of 25% secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
- Pre-wedding sessions are typically London-based by default. Location travel fees may apply outside London.
- A bespoke package can be created depending on your timeline and deliverables.
- Your images are professionally edited with care — not mass-processed with presets.
- Galleries are hosted for the period stated in your selected package.
- Every wedding unfolds differently. Depending on pace and moments, you can expect approximately 500–1,000 thoughtfully curated images.
- Unless otherwise stated, full wedding galleries are ready in 4–6 weeks.
- VAT: If applicable (VAT-registered), VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
